Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Executive OS (“the Service”), operated by Sandan AI GmbH (“Sandan”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Executive OS is an AI executive assistant that connects to work tools you authorize (such as email, calendar, tasks and messaging) to help you manage priorities, communications, calendar and tasks. It acts on your instructions and only sends messages or writes data to connected services where you approve or direct it to.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you must be authorized to connect any third-party account you connect to the Service.

3. Your content and connected accounts

You retain ownership of your data and content. You grant us permission to access and process it solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect any service or delete your account at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Third-party services

Your use of connected services (e.g. Google, Microsoft, Slack, WhatsApp) is subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding your data), is owned by Sandan and protected by applicable laws.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete; review it before relying on it or acting on it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sandan is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will post the updated version here, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws provisions and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms is the registered seat of Sandan AI GmbH (Waiblingen, Germany).
